I have less than acceptable comments to make.  The laundry has lost over 20 items of clothing. Two pairs of glass are "lost" along with jewelry. I visit my relative at least two times per week and notice a lot of things that are not right. The place is filthy. The nurses do not give my relative even water during the day that has resulted in a urinary tract infection. She has been there only two months.  The most disturbing thing is that at least half of the staff are on their tablets or cell phones while residents are ignored and the place remains filthy.  I think they do the least possible, except for the nurses who do attend their residents.  Would not suggest this facility for anyone.  I give it a one star because she is still alive.

I was helping out a family friend that was in the facility because her family was nowhere to be found during this experience.  If it was my family there is no way that I would have let them stay there.  I wouldn't board a pet there.  I was on her HIPPA list so that I could be informed as to what was going on and be an advocate for her during her stay.  There were different occasions where I was blatantly lied to by nurses, doctors, and administrators regarding her care.  I personally witnessed call lights that would go unanswered for at least 30 mins on multiple occasions.  Floors were no cleaned in the rooms for weeks.  Her bathroom light went out and wasn't fixed for 36 hours which meant she had to use the bathroom in the dark.  For most of the time she had a roommate.  In between the time one left and another filled the bed she did have the room to herself for a couple of days.  Or so she thought.  She was awakened one morning to an employed getting out of the bed and exiting her room.  Must have needed a nap!  I could write a book about this place but think you can get the point.   If I could leave no stars I would have.  If you care at all about the person having to stay here be very present and a strong advocate for them or they are just dollar signs filling a bed. This was the first time I ever been in a inpatient physical therapy rehab. The only thing that I saw wrong was the aides had language barrier issues. And there were a lot of people to the short amount of nurses that worked there. The occupational therapy people were great, they really showed they truly and really cared. The speech therapist was also very passionate about helping. Don't ask me if I would recommend this place, because, it would be imature for me to say yes or no, because this is the first civilian place like this I have been in.

My mom was brought there from paloi  hospital with a broken back she was left there for a few hours before I got there, when I got to her room she had ( no nurses button to push )
No phone , no tv . She was sitting there staring at the wall . She had thrown up and pee herself 
And no one knew it .   That was our first day there can you imagine what else they do to their patients one nurse told me she’s the only one there that takes care of 30 patients how is that possible this is very sad
