I highly recommend Brannan Roofing! I needed a new roof done fast due to hurricane damage and called Ronnie Brannan. He came out same day, gave VERY reasonable quote and  my new roof was on less than one week later. His crew were professional and worked hard to get job done in one day. Clean up was amazing! Ronnie personally followed up and kept me in the loop from quote to finish. It is refreshing to know that there are still  trustworthy and professional companies like Brannan Roofing around.

I bought a house in 2014 that Brannan Roofing had reroofed for the original owner in 2013.  In 2015 I had a gutter company install gutters.  The gutter company owner had been a roofer for 20 years before converting to gutters: in his unsolicited opinion the roofing job done by Brannan Roofing was "a really good roofing job". Just this past week Hurricane Irma caused a heavy oak tree branch to fall on our roof punching a hole through shingles, underlayment and plywood sheathing.  One call to Ronnie Brannan Jr. and he and his son were on the job and repaired the roof in the same afternoon!  That is stellar customer service after the sale!!  They are tops in my book.

I had an estimate done by Brannan Roofing (Ronnie), due to hurricane Irma damage. Because his estimate was higher than that of the insurance company, insurance company required that this estimate be sent to them for review.  He refused to give a breakdown of the charges, only gave one price for the total roof.  Said they don't give breakdowns.

Misleading
Poor workmanship
Did not clean up well after the job
