I am very pleased with J&M Roofing..  Brandon was very helpful to me and very knowledgeable. Brandon and the company were highly recommended through a friend. They completed my roof and I am very pleased with my roof and the service I received. They did an excellent job and very neat.

Best decision i have made this year!!! Call ASAP!!!! Has the fastes build schedule around!!! Staff is very attentive, best work done in the neighborhood, and it only took a day after i was told it could take up to two days.. Yard was left clean, not a broken plant and tractor has no nail!!!  THANKS GUYS

They were one time, started the job on Friday finished on Saturday by Monday the dumpster was gone the area was cleaned everything back to normal except now I have beautiful new roof.

Terrible service! Brandon and had me feeling good about everything until he did not even show up for the adjuster like he said. I have been trying to get an itemized quote for the claims company going on 2 weeks now. Brandon stopped answering my calls and now a guy named Shy sent me some bogus estimate without any prices. Still waiting on them to do their job. Spoke with their receptionist today and asked her to get a manager on the phone (during business hours) and she said no. Stay far away from this company.

Would give this buisness negative stars if I could. Great customer service in the beginning. Three roof leaks later (within the first year of getting a new roof installed) its hard to get in contact with management. I literally have to keep calling back because no one follows up and the situation is still NOT fixed. Find another roofing company if you can
