Chance is the cook and makes the recipes. Family run restaurant. He has a fantastic memory, and remembers what we ate last time. Many times we just say surprise us. He's never disappointed us. Don't be fooled by his young age. He is a fabulous cook, host, conversationalist, and more. Definitely worth stopping in. You'll be back.

While your Snitzel and pretzel was good, a 45+ minute wait for food is too long, with little to no one in there. It took awhile to put the order in and we didn't get our drinks for 10 minutes. Also our to-go order was under cooked, very dangerous for pork products.

The brats themselves were under seasoned, meat was good. I've had brats in Germany as I lived there for over a year, thus why I was happy to see such a place but the wait time is really unacceptable with under-cooked food. Thus the rating.

The whole dining experience took almost two hours.

Takes a while for food as its fresh made.  Had a pretzel while we waited and sampled all the different mustard and ketchup.  Mexican coke added to the international flavors

Had the classic with some Gruslaw. There was a bit of a wait while it was being cooked. But well worth the wait. Would definitely come back to try another.
