This review is for the OWNERS as I have no personal experience with the Lake Stevens restaurant. The same people own Lake Stevens as Monroe and they "last minute" decided to close the Monroe store for their sales performance. This I totally understand I was in sales for many years. My gripe is this. Sales are tracked constantly so the owners knew way long ago that store was tanking it why did they not at least give two weeks notice to its customers that the place was done. I ordered pizza from them last week. Screw Papa Johns I will never give them another cent of my $$$.

Have been customers for years. Customer service has dropped, slow delivery, cold food, unable to contact store. Last delivery took two hours, cold food called for refund they apologized and never got a refund. Not sure what has happened delivery drivers were great delivery time was great. True disappointment.

Pizza is good,  but the customer service is awful.  Every time I call. It seems like they are always training new people who have never worked with the public.  No phone etiquette and it leaves us so frustrated.  :-(

Took extra long to deliver, pizzas were all cold and not the correct ingredients on them. phone line doesn't work to call and talk to someone about it.
