Dr. Bresnahan does not see patients after 3:45 p.m. It is difficult to get an appointment with him. His nurse is extremely rude and argumentative. On three different days, she displayed no professional conduct. When I mentioned my arm hurt while she was taking my blood pressure, she snapped, “Then have some else do it!” Dr. Bresnahan has an answering service; yet, he instructs them to not take messages.
