Food is huge, delicious, and reasonably priced.. The staff is over the top friendly. I highly recommend this place. We had breakfast. You will not leave here hungry 😁

I had stopped here quite a few years ago, an had a roast pork sandwich on a french roll. Sounds average, right? Boy, was I surprised when I saw the tender pork piled high, with lettuce, tomato, and onions! As delicious as it was, I was only able to finish ½ of it, and was happy to take it home for dinner, or tomorrows' lunch. I have since been back many times. Just a small, friendly little place with great food and prices. The owner and his family run the cafe, and I only have great things to say about them, the food, the quality, and the price. As time goes on, I'm sure I'll try some of their offerings. Gotta call this a "must" stop!  ps: Cash only restaurant.

I'm not currently restricted by a full on (GAPS) diet, so I like to indulge from time to time outside of mostly making my own (fresh/organic/grown myself) food. 
When I DO splurge, I go BIG & I listen to my friends (who tell me this is some if the best food & people in Jamul).

The food:
Potatoe salad is plain and delicious. Traditional. Nothing super fancy, creamy and tasty. Not overwhelming with onions (which can be too much).
The Bravo sandwich. It's likely You won't finish it. "I don't know how your going to do it", she says...

Most awesome place for food!! This is a "mom and pop" owned deli, run by the entire  family.  Food is delicious, reasonably priced and great portions.  If you're in SD, you gotta make your way here

Friendly, quick, convenient and delicious hot food made to order at a very affordable price.  Good variety, the breakfast croissants are the best.👍👍
