Stopped here on the way home from vacation as we were still about 2.5 hours from home. We were overcharged on our order. When I mentioned this to one employee she agreed with me and said this happens often. That I should go to the counter and bring it up and that she knew of one person having the overages refunded (really, just one?). When I went to the counter to address the issue another employee agreed that I was overcharged. She was polite and said I don't recall taking your order. I said you didn't, it was the owner. She just rolled her eyes and was like let me get him as he has to do the refund. Prior to me saying anything to him his first words were I ringed you up correctly. I don't make mistakes and I need to make a profit. I proceeded to tell him he charged us extra for toppings we didn't receive. He disagreed and continued to say he did nothing wrong and that his prices were fair and how long he's been in business locally and everyone just knows what he does. I told him I'm not local, his practice for these "charges weren't listed on the menu anywhere (which he agreed), nor did he disclose these extra charges with me when placing an order (which he agreed). At that time he tried keeping my receipt and never once apologized or attempted to rectify the situation. He also refused to give me an itemized receipt. Looking back at reviews I see we aren't the first customers this happened too. Also, based on 2 employees comments this seems common. This is not how you treat customers!

The food was good, but the service was terrible. They charged my debit card three times. I called when I saw my bank statement. They said I could stop by whenever I was back in town (I am not from the area), that they would place a note by the register so I could get my refund. Finally went back to Lumberton today, they told me they can't do anything and that I need to contact my bank. I wish they had told me that when I first called. Also, they charge extra for refills. I will not be eating there again. If you plan to eat here, I recommend you pay with cash.

Try the Greek pizza and the steak subs. We have been eating here for decades. The food and atmosphere keep bringing us back!

I've ordered pizzas and subs from here and the food was always phenomenal. I prefer to order ahead and pick it up to go because it is very tight space inside. I've heard they charge $1 for refills now if that's true I'll continue taking out .
