this is a great place! A large number of saunas - dry, wet, Turkish and a few more, a good relaxation room, jacuzzi, a nice swimming pool, a full range of sauna products at normal prices. For those who like to steam here is cool! Food and service are also at a high level (as for a sauna! It's not a restaurant!) Everywhere clean, cleaned, neatly. Generally, I really like it! One drawback, and maybe the other way around ) is the large number of visitors

The spa is amazing... So relaxing and fun too. We ate lunch and had a wonderful time there. Totally recommend going for a day here. There is a cork floor in the dark room. The place is so clean I highly recommend going here just for a day and forget the world.

Management and Service is excellent and have much improved over the last year.
All of the staff is very accommodating, and works very hard to ensure customer satisfaction.

The facilities themselves are unlike anything else you’ll find in NY or NJ states. - American and Swedish Saunas, do not compare to the quality of treatment rooms of the BRC Sauna and Day Spa.

And as if this was not enough - their Restaurant and fresh juice Bar is amazing. The chefs are more talented than most of the high end NYC Restaurants.

My husband and I are here 3/4 times a month! We've been coming here for over a year and absolutely love it. The entire place is kept very clean throughout the day, from the saunas to the locker room. We have never had a problem with any of the staff, they are always so friendly and attentive no matter how busy. We will always recommend this spot!

The facility is very beautiful. The sauna rooms build very well. But he service is getting worse and worse every yr. Ladies locker room is filthy. Hair  everywhere. I was not able to step in to shower because it was so disgusting and I have decided to take the shower at home. When I went to the pool and when I came out I was covered with other people hair.I have noticed that they only have one lady in the entire place . She is the one who takes care of towels and cleaning the rooms. The only thing that it gets so busy at the sauna location that she doesn't have time to clean the locker rooms. I have expressed my thought to the manager and he said that they get very busy on the weekends and they can't maintain at 100%. Give me a brake you receive $40 per person and you can't hire an extra  person to clean in each locker room? You need some one at the  locker room all the time just cleaning on the constant basis. I will never go there again.
