Break Thru Kickboxing is seriously the best!!! The instructors are amazing and really motivating. I have been going there for 2 months now, before finding this I tried going to the gym and buying workout DVD's but like everything else I quit. Celeste and Ben actually care about you coming unlike other gyms. You get an amazing workout every time you go. Another awesome thing is the different class times, so you are able to get a workout even with your busy schedules! I'm really glad I found this place!

Breakthru is the best workout and caring instructors I have ever seen. Since I moved to St. George I have joined three gyms now and Breakthru is the most success I have ever encountered. Not to mention that they care about your success, and you enough to know your name and your goals. Did I mention they help you achieve them??? Yep they do that while having TONS of fun! Come workout with us you won't regret it! 😃

I was looking for something to help me find the motivation and guidance I needed to get back on track to a healthy life. Like most people, I tried just about every exercise routine, diet, and gimmick. I lost interest in them all. Then I found Break Thru Kickboxing, they exceeded any and all expectations. The instructors are so helpful and great at what they do. They really care about you and your success. They push you when you won't or can't push yourself. They make you want to come back every single day. They encourage you to believe in yourself. And it's real, it's sincere. They really care about you. It's not just a place to show up, workout, go home. It's a place full of amazing people. The support and encouragement is something you won't find at the big box gym. They are like family to me. I have lost over 20 pounds and continue to excel. I love going there to be a better me, and to workout with some of the best people in St. George! Come check it out, you won't be disappointed. See you on the mat!

The best atmosphere ! Very accepting to new people. Awesome work out! Also while learning techniques to defend yourself ! I highly recommend going here!

Love this place and especially the instructors .... this isn't just a work out for your body, it's a work out for your entire self... I started a year ago at a very low point in life and they helped me get back to me... the difference is that they really CARE about you!! We learn Krav Maga moves, self defense, punch and hit a lot (yeah!) and I've yet to plateau...it's addicting! If you're looking for a place to work out where there is NO pressure, where it's safe to BE your authentic self, have real SUPPORT.. get seriously CHALLENGED... have a ton of FUN and laugh... (okay and sometimes cry...lol...) this is the place for you... No fads, No cheesy catch phrases, No gimmicks...this is just the real deal.... it doesn't matter where you're at in your fitness journey or life...stop thinking about and just get in there and work out, you will not regret it!
