Karate has helped my son do better in life. He's been doing A LOT better in school since he has joined. The instructor here is very good. One of the best. He's full of good positive energy and is really awesome with the kids. My son loves karate so much, he practices at home. The instructor keeps the kids motivated and loving karate.

My son has been attending Freedom Fighters for a while and he absolutely loves going here. Josh is a great instructor and makes it a lot of fun. Highly recommend this dojo for anyone in the St George area (kids or yourself). We also got to do a personal defense class with Josh as a family. I highly recommend this - was good things to know as well as great family fun!

We have loved karate at Freedom Fighters. I have all of my kids in it. They've learned so much so quickly. I have seen the most change in my daughter as she has learned to defend herself against bullies at school. I joined the adult class as well and as someone who has never had any coordination, it is slowly building confidence in myself as well. It's been so great to do this as a family. My favorite mantra he has my kids say a lot is, "If it was hard, everyone would do it. The hard is what makes it great."

My daughter had been learning from Sensei Judd for several years. I feel confident that she can defend herself. He teaches real solutions to potential hazards. We have taken classes together and enjoy the variety of lessons.

Josh is highly skilled in many styles and is fun to work with. He has a way of making everyone feel welcome and is great with kids of all ages. I would definitely recommend attending his class.
