It's been amazing to see the growth of Breakaway Fitness & Athletics from the visionary stages to where they are now, which is making a huge impact on each and every person who comes through the door. The growth of Breakaway Fitness has merged into it's surrounding communities and has also made its way up and down the 99. With the success the most powerful part of Breakaway is that they haven't changed their family values and how they go about business! Transforming your body to who YOU want to be is one thing but being able to do it with a great supporting cast that truly looks at the whole picture  is how the results stick and that is what Breakaway Fitness continues to be about!

Breakaway Fitness is the place to be. The workouts are geared to improving whatever you need growth in. It’s very welcoming and offers all the tools to becoming your best self. I’m a college basketball and my goal has been to increase my explosiveness and vertical leap. Since working out with Breakaway Fitness, I can see progress.

Breakaway fitness gave me an extra boost against other competition in many ways. For instance, my speed , agility , and my skill set has imprived. The workouts here helped me in many ways including becoming more flexible and stronger willed. The trainers here have a high level and experience for all types of sports and will go all out to get you better.

Coach Mike at breakaway fitness is the REAL DEAL!!!
knows exactly how to train kids and push them to their limits. Everything's developmentally appropriate and fun at the same time. Lucky I stumbled upon this gem!!! BREAKAWAY FOR THE WIN🙌🏽🙌🏽

Such a great atmosphere and trainers who want to watch and help you be the best you can be. Workouts will leave you needing a wheelchair, but will come back for more! 💪
