In our FitnessSocial Studio we offer group classes, Boot Camps, Barre, HIIT, small-group private classes, semi-private training, private training, Z-Health Mobility, Lean Out and Slim Down Programs as well as Customized Nutrition Programs and other additional services that promote a healthy lifestyle.
