My order was placed online with ease.  They didn't have the exact vase that was pictured so instead of just subbing without my knowledge,  they called me and made sure it was okay.  They also acknowledged a certain request I had with my order.  I am and have been extremely satisfied with their customer service and arrangements.  My recipient was also very satisfied and loved her arrangement.   I highly recommend their service!!

regrettably I have to say the last time I ordered flowers for my fiancé I was really disappointed. rose petals were nearly falling the next day...rose was fully opened within 4hrs. for the price I paid, I expected way more. they are local so its convenient, but its cheaper or the same price ordering from pro flowers and they stay beautiful 1-2 weeks. way overpriced for the quality...the roses are comparable with win Dixie. what a shame ....I have to order valentines online rather than buying local
