My bouquet was not delivered the day I ordered it to be. I was never informed the flowers would not be delivered on time, and never received a call with an apology or an explanation as to what impaired delivery. The flowers were neither the bouquet I ordered nor a bouquet of similar quality or value. What was supposed to be bursts of colorful Lilly's, was 2 white roses. I called the business to question what had happened with my order and was told the manager would call me back. I called the business a second time the next day after not getting a callback. The owner answered and told me she had no idea what I was talking about, did not know anything about the situation because she was on vacation, and that I should call back the next day at 10AM so that she could "pull my order file and see what happened." I called at 10AM the next day as she told me to and was told she was not at the business that day and that she would call me back. I have never received a callback.

Ms Angela always comes through for me.   Her shop is so beautiful and peaceful ,her work is always exquisite,  she has a beautiful personality, and a true talent for creating beautiful things. She will bend over backwards to help someone.    I always tell her " just surprise me"  and my recipients always love what they recieve.   Always.  She is my official florist.

Apparantly the owner likes to stalk, harass, and threaten people who leave bad reviews, and even their friends. Avoid doing business here unless you want to deal with a rude and vindictive owner.

Check their Facebook page reviews for photographic evidence.

I strongly suggest that you DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM HERE!!!! I paid $85 for an arrangement and it looked NOTHING like what I PAID FOR. I purchased the flowers at 8:00am and by 4:30pm the flowers were still not delivered. My girlfriend called the shop at least 5 times before 5:00pm and got no answer. The owner called her back to explain no one was home when they tried to deliver, which was a lie because someone is always home, but no one from the shop tried to contact me or my girlfriend. The flowers didn't shop up to my girlfriend until 6:20pm when they were supposed to be delivered at 5:20pm. Had my girlfriend not called, I'm sure she would not have gotten the crappy arrangement I paid $85 for. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone, and it doesn't deserve any stars. Please read these reviews. Be cautious when you do order from here.

My brother spent $100.00 on a floral arrangement for my 50th birthday that was supposed to be sent to me on my Birthday. The flowers didn't arrive. He tried calling the florist and got no one. They did not contact him either. He talked to someone the next day and said their was an emergency and the flowers didn't get delivered. I received them the next day(Wednesday). They were very pretty but were dead on (Saturday). Didn't even last 5 days. They should have lasted at least a week. He and I are very disappointed. I'm sure if he would have read the reviews he would have not chosen this florist. (He lives in Florida). Not good quality flowers at all. Shame on you for charging him that much. I would not recommend this florist to anyone. As far as for my brother, Thank you I had a great birthday and it is the thought that counted. Not your fault at all.
