One of the best Bubble tea I had. On my trip to Richmond my sister suggested this place and in the trip of four days I have visited twice to grab the tea. The cakes are delicious too. We have visited as a group of 11 members including kids and we tried almost everything here. Even though our group is large the staff has accommodated us well and patiently delivered all orders on time.

Brecotea Baking and Cafe in Richmond is a true hidden gem! I’m absolutely enamored with their Yakult boba tea – it’s a burst of flavor that’s both refreshing and unique. The cakes and pastries they offer are a delightful accompaniment, each one a testament to the care and quality put into their creations. What captivates me the most is the cafe’s concept – a perfect blend of charm and innovation. The ambiance is cozy, the service is exceptional, and every visit leaves me with a sense of culinary joy. Such a cute little jewel box of a shop. Lots of fun baked goods - that potted plant!! We had a couple of fruit teas. Packed with fresh fruits with just the right amount of sweetness. Such pretty drinks! Loved all of the cute spots for fun insta pics. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Plenty of reasons to stay and enjoy, but easy to take and go. Lovely!

I visited  Brecotea a couple of weeks ago and since then I have already placed a delivery order and sang its praise to everyone. They truly swept me off my feet, not just with delightful concoctions but also with a heartwarming ambiance. Brecotea won me over with delectable offerings and left me in awe of the enchanting atmosphere.   Brecotea's cozy haven is a perfect spot for events and fashion shows. Intimate and inviting ambiance transforms it into an ideal venue for various occasions. Decor embraces you, creating an environment that elevates the entire experience. Charming decor, and staff trio, led by dynamic Ariel, knew every product and exuded passion, making the whole experience memorable. Impressed by youthful enthusiasm radiating from the team. When young minds take ownership, magic happens, and at Brecotea, they've truly harnessed that vibrant energy. Knowledgeable staff not only demonstrated familiarity with every product but also exuded a passion that resonated throughout the establishment, rare these days.What captivated me was contagious enthusiasm emanating from the youthful team. Very pretty inside, even has a claw machine full of adorable stuffies. Arielle was very sweet and helpful for my first time. The strawberry puff was delicious Food: 4/5

I have a severe mango allergy, I called to ask about cross contamination with the milk tea, The person that answered the phone was so helpful and told me to add in the comments on my door dash order “mango allergy please sterilize equipment” unfortunately Doordash didn’t allow to add special instructions so I placed the order then called back and the same young lady answered the phone and I explained and told her the name on the order and she was again super friendly and told me she had it covered . I got the brûlée brown sugar milk boba tea and it was absolutely delicious. I wish I asked her to mention her in this reviewif management sees this it was the evening of 10/22 so please thank that employee  Update, I’m addicted to this place and have physically visited as well as ordered it many times through Doordash since posting the first review, each time calling they are always pleasant and very passionate about making sure there is no cross contamination with mango so much in fact that someone today out this very sweet not on an item I ordered and that shows how above and beyond they go for their customers. Delicious bubble tea and a excellent selection of desserts. Helpful staff and a pleasant atmosphere. The brown sugar oat milk bubble tea is delicious and not to sweet. The tiramisu paradise is excellent as well; definitely recommend Brecotea

They have the best birthday cake in town!  I ordered #64 for my mom’s birthday. The actual cake looked exactly like the photo and even more impressive. We got lots complements.  The cake was not sweet as how we liked, it was fluffy, fruit filling was very fresh.  I ordered it the night before and it was ready in less than 24 hours.  I will be ordering birthday cakes from here from now on. I highly recommend their cakes.  *****************************************  Finally, don’t have to drive far to get authentic milk tea and delicious pastries/bread.  The milk tea tasted just like how I remembered.  It wasn’t cheap, but it was a good treat.  Really enjoyed everything that we ordered.  We were there after 7 PM, not much fresh baked goods left.  The lady at the front counter told us the best time to visit is around noon when everything is out of the oven.  Would like to try the cake next time.

This place is a grand opening, I'm so excited to see a lot of milk tea shops have sprung up recently. But this place is different than the other places because they have a bakery inside and their bread is yummier than their drinks. Their drinks are lack on flavor but their store has just opened so I hope they will improve their drinks in the future.

Great service, and wonderful quality dessert and zen environment. Shout out to the employees working. The young lady at the register, and the gentleman making the Teas  was doing a phenomenal job. They both had their hands full with customers inquiring and ordering,  and maintained a smile and exceptional service. My first visit there, and will return.
