Unless you’re a local resident and frequent The Village, you may not have the time to even realize that the patio seating here is actually fully heated on chilly afternoons; enjoy!!  The Starbucks heated patio in Forest Hill Village is an excellent addition to the Toronto coffee scene. In addition to the unique outdoor heated patio, the location offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere that is perfect for meeting friends or getting some work done. The patio is well-maintained and provides ample seating, making it a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee even in chilly weather.  Moreover, the staff at this location are truly exceptional. They are friendly and approachable, creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers. The team is also incredibly efficient, ensuring that orders are taken and delivered quickly.  Overall, the Starbucks heated patio at Forest Hill Village is a must-visit for coffee lovers in Toronto. The combination of the outdoor patio, convenient location, friendly staff, and cozy atmosphere makes for a truly delightful experience.

I go to Starbucks pretty much every day and order the exact same thing. I love going to Starbucks. However, this particular location has   a' new girl'   I on ly say she is new because I have never seen or been served by her in the past. She was rude and forceful.  Tried to charge me extra for the latte cream She said that every other Starbucks in Toronto has been making a mistake with my order! Really. I said you go through my App and see the last 40 others is the same..She shrugged me off said " they are all wrong" . This left me very embarrassed and I felt singled out. I still place my order however she turned around and started snickering with another employee right in front of me. Very disappointed with the type of condescending behavior. Not representative of the other Starbucks, and I've been to. I won't be coming back to this location! Her manager or co worker should have been more professional as well.  For this location in Forest Hill I give it 1 for lack of training and poor service.  From Starbucks I'm used to getting high fives and bright cheerful "good mornings" from the staff not so much at this location

I got a pineapple spiced drink which took them 15 minutes to make. Apparently, they forgot my order, even though I was the only one ordering at that time. I understand that during busy hours, mistakes can happen, but waiting for 15 minutes when I was the only customer is unacceptable. Moreover, the drink was poorly made; I couldn't taste the pineapple chunks, only spice and sugar. Additionally, the cup was filled with ice, which seems like a scam because I didn't pay for spiced ice. When I tried to ask for a refund, the cashier replied that they could issue refund this time only , which is terrible customer service.

I almost want to gatekeep this starbucks because of how good it is. For us residents of the Forest Hill Village, it doesn't get better than this. The staff are friendly and they treat their regulars so nicely. I genuinely love coming here and look forward to my next visit. Thank you to the staff for the awesome work you do!Food: 5/5

I come to this location once every few months. Unfortunately, today I went during a busy time. I left a $2 tip with my order. I waited almost 10 minutes for my drink, which was only served to me after I complained that people who were in the line after me got their drinks. I wish I could’ve taken back the tip I left. The girl making my drink said something like “there are several mobile orders”. I had to explain that I understand that, but it doesn’t make sense that people who were lined up after me already got their drinks and left. Being a woman of colour with my hair in an Afro today, made me reflect on how people are treated based on their appearance. Not happy with this location.

I was there earlier today and there was a mix up with my drink order. Victor was more than helpful in resolving my issue and made my would be awful experience, amazing. Give that man a raise!Food: 4/5
