I took my wife's van here for Mother's Day and got the express package. After 4 years with 4 kids, it was a mess. They did an amazing job! It looks like new! Well worth the money.

The guy who cleaned my car did a wonderful job. The receptionist, however, was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. She was late (when I dropped my car off) and place was locked. She told me I had to pick up my car 30 minutes before it was finished, so I had to wait while the cleaning person (who was stressed by my early arrival) tried to finish the job.  The door molding was missing and she told me that was my fault, that I lost it.  The manager would not return my calls.

I have 3 dogs and my dogs and I are very active, we are always going on hikes, they are getting into the car with muddy paws, they shed like crazy and I had a candle that melted on one of the seats about 3 years ago. Needless to say, when I took my car in today, it was a disaster!

I have taken my car to the Main Street wash and Breeze Through car wash for the last couple years. I usually pay between $120-150 for the detailing package. Usually the outside looks good, but the inside looks vacuumed, but still I could see stains and that candle wax stain has been there for 3 years. I am always slightly dissapointed when I pick up my car because it looks cleaner, but never really like new clean. 

I found Longmont Auto Detailing online and it had pretty good reviews. They were able to get me an appointment for the next day. I dropped my car off at 930am and it was ready for pickup at about 5pm. I got there a bit early and had a chance to talk to the owner, who was very nice. And then I saw my car and I almost didn't recognize it! The wax and stain were GONE! The stained backseat from doggy paws was completly clean! I was blown away! 

I paid $200 for the full detailing, inside and out. There were cheaper options available with them as well, but my car was a disaster, so I knew I needed something heavy duty. While that is a lot of money, I have paid close to that at other places and my car didn't look half as good. I was so impressed with their quality of work! I even took my car over to my family to see and they were amazed, because we have tried for years to get the melted wax candle stain out and have had no luck. My family already said they will be taking their cars there for their next cleaning.

I would give zero star if the system allows.  They might do a decent job in terms of car detailing, but NEVER choose their window tinting!!!  It seems to me that they outsource the job to someone who doesn't even show any basic respect to customs.  I was scheduled for last Friday morning, got a call late Thursday telling me Friday won't work.  I rescheduled to this Friday, went there on time, the window tinting guy never showed up.  I asked them to call him and was told that guys thinks it's not worth it to come over to Longmont just to do one job for me.  This is completely outrageous.
