I called based on reviews and had Art out the same day to fix my barn furnace. Two days later my house furnace went out and Mark was there same day. Both were fast and efficient, courteous and superb troubleshooters. This company has my business for as long as I live here. Good stuff, guys.

Bremer & Bouman is the best!! When something goes wrong with your furnace; you find yourself without heat or your furnace is running sporadically; call Bremer & Bouman. You pay for the quality & the best service. You may need to pay a little bit more for the quality of service; but it is most definitely worth it!

I called at 7:30 Art came at 9am and got our heat working again. Friendly, professional and confident. Easy to see he fixes lots of furnaces. Basically cost was just a flat rate service call, some parts and a tune up cost. $150 without parts is reasonable for being here for 2 hours. Highly recommend them and Art specifically.

We had an emergency gas leak in our basement late at night. The gas company had to shut off the gas to the house. I left a message for Bremer & Bouman and they called back the next morning before they were even technically open. They got their team out that day and found a number of issues. The guys stayed past 5PM to get it done knowing I had a newborn that needed heat in the house. I appreciated them letting me know everything they were doing along the way to get it fixed correctly! I would recommend these guys to anyone!

I have never written a review before because I have never felt this dissatisfied with a service. Bremer & Bouman either incorrectly diagnosed my boiler and decided that was a lot of work with little profit or knew the fix was cheap but wanted to make more money off me. They tried much harder to sell me on upgrading my whole system than correctly diagnosing my boiler system. I ended up fixing the boiler myself and all it needed was a $7.00 thermocouple. Also, I got a second estimate from another local company, did some online research and found Bremer & Bouman was overpriced in comparison. They also billed me $65 when they had said a service call was free of charge. I didn't end up doing any business with them. When I called their customer service and confronted them about the bill and their incorrect diagnoses they said that changing out the thermocouple wasn't an option because that wouldn't have brought my boiler up to "code". None of that was ever said to me. In fact after I received quotes for upgrading my boiler system I replied asking for the price just to fix my current system and they never responded. When I told the customer service person I had the e-mails to prove that happened he dropped his defense about my system not being to "code" said he would wave the service fee then hung up the phone on me without another word.
