Kingdom Heating & Cooling went above and beyond to install our new furnace, add additional registers into our basement, and even found us a rebate! The prices given to us were fair and below the cost of competitors for the same work. 

Joe and his crew did a wonderful job communicating with us regarding their plans, the work to be done, and the timeframe to complete the job. Each and every person we worked with from Kingdom Heating & Cooling was courteous, timely, and vastly knowledgable. Joe was honest with us and did not try to sell us a sale's pitch. 

He and his crew have our upmost respect and future business. They were even patient with our young dogs :)

Kingdom Heating & Cooling charged me $2,450 to install a Goodman GMH950703BX (including running PVC exhaust, doing some duct re-routing, and running gas lines to the furnace, stove, and drier).  The furnace goes for $800-$900 online, so by my estimate that includes $1,500 in labor.  What did I get for my $1,500, you ask?

Well, they did all of the work that they contracted to do, they just didn't do it competently.  When the propane people came to connect the tank (and in my mind, they share equal blame for this), my house immediately began to smell like propane.  The propane guys told me that was normal for a new install, so I ignored it for a couple of days.

Finally I decided that they were wrong, and that there was no way that the horrible smell in my basement could be normal.  I inspected all of the gas line connections myself, and I found one that wasn't even finger tight - that's right, Kindom Heating hadn't even bothered to turn it on more than a couple of threads.  It was leaking so badly that I could feel it blow on my hand.

I called them to complain, and they basically denied all responsibility since the propane company hooked up the tank and did the pressure test (at least claimed to have done it) ... but here's the thing:  It's not as if they made the connection and there was just a small leak, they NEVER EVEN ATTEMPTED to tighten it.  Sheer incompetence.  They also denied all responsibility, never even offered so much as an apology (or a refund for their sub-par labor).

I did all of the conversions from natural gas to propane on the appliances myself, and not a single leak.  I'm not a professional, how come it was so easy for me and so difficult for them?  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you'd like to burn down your house.
