I wish there was a 6-star option, because Eric and Brentwood Construction were unbelievable!  We met with at least 7 other contractors, before we settled on Brentwood, and couldn't have been happier.  He was able to foresee problems before they occurred, and provided valuable insight and suggestions that saved us both time and money.  Brentwood provided the highest quality, at one of the least expensive costs.  He did a 400 square foot master-bedroom/master-bathroom addition, and it's beautiful.  I would highly recommend Brentwood to anyone!!!  Thanks, Eric!

We have just finished a complete renovation of our home with Brentwood Construction and could not be more pleased.  Eric worked with us to plan every detail of the renovation and was so helpful in making sure the little details were all accounted for.  The best part of the entire process is that he told us we would need to be out of the house for two months for him to get everything done.  Our friends all laughed and said "yeah right - count on 3-4 months for all you are doing".  Well, exactly 2 months and two days later, the movers delivered all our furniture back to the house.  He is a master at project management.  We love our new bathroom and kitchen as well as the stone and tile work and wonderful custom woodwork he did through the house.  We can't say enough great things about Eric and would recommend Brentwood Construction to anyone.

Eric Stier has 30+ years of experience and can take on any issue with remodeling. Eric returned all forms of communication--email, texts, and calls-- rather quickly (which is unique in the construction industry) and worked through many issues with us despite us radically changing the plans after 3 months of prep work.
