My friend's wedding pictures were lost thanks to an irresponsible photographer. My friend and her newly wed husband were going to try and recreate some of the pictures today with a new photographer, but didn't have any flowers (bride bouquet & boutonniere). 
I called over 15 floral shops and although they were kind, they either didn't have the flowers or the Manpower for this last minute request. When I called Brentwood florist, Ed went above and beyond to help me. He knew they were very busy, but since I called right when they opened, Ed did everything he could to help us out. I showed him a picture of the original bouquet and he replicated it to the tee 😍😍 The bride commented how identical the bouquet looked like the original. Ed & Brentwood florist made today even more special 😍  Ed, you're the best!! You helped add more sunshine to this situation. Thank you so much!!!

My daughters boyfriend is in the Usmc station in San Diego. He uses Brentwood florist every time he sends her flowers and they are ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL every single time . On Valentine’s Day they were delivered almost at 7pm but.  He was so apologetic  said he was sorry about 4 times he said.  As u know. Were were swapped.  I just laughed and said.  We totally understand.  The flowers were beautiful ...ur always here to deliver them when my daughter boyfriend isn’t....THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE BEAUTIFUL WORK.  Highly recommend....

Super Service!  I found myself in the situation of being a day late in getting flowers delivered for a birthday.  I called Brentwood flowers after picking out what I wanted from their excellent website.  I spoke with Veronica, who indicated that they had all the flowers in stock, and then asked when did I want it delivered, to which I answered, "Yesterday!".  She laughed, and then said, "Well, I can't do that, but would be happy to deliver these for you today (it was already 2 in the afternoon).  I was floored, but then of course, asked what the new delivery charge would be, to which she replied, " I'm not too busy right now, so no extra charge!"  About 1 hr later I received a call from the recipient saying the flowers had just been delivered!  I only wish that all businesses would be as customer oriented!  I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Brentwood Florist is the best, there so professional and nice, I use there services all the time, they did a perfect job for my mother's funeral. I send flowers to my friends all the time and there just spectacular! they always go over and beyond with there work and service !  there just amazing! every time I go into there shop there so nice and courteous.  The shop is always so nice and full of beautiful flowers.  They do everything from funerals, to weddings, special occasions, birthdays, graduations they do everything.  I give them a 10 plus !!!!
