Neshe and her team were so helpful with a month long project that required 3 sets of bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, and floral crown. The florals were ready early, the team was always double checking the order before creating the pieces and each one of them is super friendly! It was wonderful working with you guys!

Called to order flowers for my mom - female on the phone was belligerent and rude from the beginning of the conversation. Ordered elsewhere.

The worst service ever!!! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my nephew's grave for his birthday. When my sister got to the grave nothing was there at 3:01PM on the day it was to be delivered. I quickly called the florist to voice my concern. My sister forwarded me pictures of his grave and our flowers were not there. The owner Nese Ganch was so combative and unapoligetic. She insisted the flowers were there. She called the driver and called us back and said in a nasty tone "they are there". When I asked what time they were delivered she wouldn't tell me. Instead she had the nerve to say "was this a service?" insinuating that it didn't matter what time they got there if it wasn't for a service. I would never ever, ever order from her. Terrible business and horrible attitude. Stay clear of this business and don't waste your money. I'm out over $100 for flowers that never showed up with the pictures to prove it.

I went through Floral Arts Florist today, to handle a bereavement basket for a friend in Lafayette. I called the store and worked with Neshe directly, instead of ordering online. I explained my budget, the type of basket I was looking for, and the time constraints we were under. Neshe went above and beyond, and was able to put together a GORGEOUS basket, and deliver it immediately! She even texted me pictures of what she had made before she delivered it, so I could give a final approval. I am thrilled with the flowers/plants that she arranged, and I feel like I got a huge value for the money. I would highly recommend Floral Arts Florists of Lafayette.

This year I ordered my mother day flowers from Floral Arts. The customer service there is outstanding. They delivered them by the time they promised. The arrangement is very creative and beautiful and the flowers are very fresh. I would recommend Floral Arts and will use them again in the future.
