I have to say that as a medical professional I was COMPLETELY disgusted with the service I received. The supercare closes at 8, I walked in at 7 and got the nastiest and rudest service I've ever received from a receptionist. First off she was just getting back from lunch, made no eye contact and talked to me as if I bothered her! I asked if they were busy because after I got the throwing the papers around, sucking the teeth and rude behavior I left. I didn't even make it past the check in. There are people who need jobs and want to work, she deserves to be fired. UNPROFESSIONAL. I WOULDN'T SEND MY WORST ENEMY THERE.

Every time I have an appointment here or walk in, the staff Is always extremely friendly and answer my questions to their best ability. I am a klutz... and I forget the name of my pcp or my OBGYN, my last visit, or next appointment all the time (which I don't recommend) so I'll just walk in, and these ladies with their incredible show of patience will manage to extract the information necessary as long as I still remember my name, DOB blah blah blah, they have always been able to help me out. 

Just remember to be kind, and to be thorough in explaining what your needs are. They are people too, and they are dealing with all sorts of patients who are ill, in pain, tired, or don't always provide the necessary details of information (like me) but they are there to help. So be respectful and you will receive it. I haven't always dealt with the same person at that facility , but I address them by their appropriate titles, and show my gratitude and in return everyone I have had to talk to via in person or phone has always been very kind and produced results. I have never seen their staff behave rudely, so perhaps entitlement walked through their doors and left nasty reviews. Perhaps... idk. Never seen it happen. I've only had positive experiences, just got my birth control refilled, boom! I'm a happy camper.

Always have had great experiences with the urgent care side. The NPs or PAs are very attentive, knowledgeable, consistent, listen well, are prompt and run the tests that are needed. We wait maybe 30 minutes, at most.  They don't have the flu test kits; I would recommend that any urgent care have those on hand during flu season. I've always been pleased with this urgent care!  We didn't have a good experience with MedXpress so I will be returning to this urgent care henceforth.

From the moment I walked in the door the service this building offered was downright awful. It began with the miserable people at the front desk with more than terrible attitudes. I ended up raising my voice to get the doctors attention literally yelling hey at more than an unreasonable level but after I'd waited from from 1:30 pm to 4:12 pm me and my family had had enough overall worst doctors experience I've ever had

My son has gone to Brenton Medical since I
He was a baby. He is now 7 years old. I now take my daughter there and she is about to be 3 months old!!! Dr. Gala is an awesome Pediatrician!!! He is actually cares and wants the best for all of the children that he sees and treats!!! When my son was an infant I went to 4 different Doctors before I found It. Gala Thank Goodness I found him! Plus my Doctor who I have been with for over 12 years has an office in this building and i would never ever change her!!!
