I started my adventure with an eye exam in May, ordered glasses for everyday (progressive) and ones for  computer. I am up to my fourth lenses due to confusion with what lenses go in which frame, And problems with  prescription, probably my fault (this one look better or this one-hard sometime to tell). Seriously it's  too long a story about all that happened and confusing to explain. 
Anyway Doctors are very nice, I saw both of them, and the staff are nice too. But I keep having to come back with problems with glasses, process problems? I don't know. I still do not have glasses that are keepers...I have to go back again. I just want my money back now. It is August and my eyes look bloodshot and I have headaches from eye strain from wearing wrong script.
I am not convinced I got the prescription the latest doctor prescribed. Moral of story don't order two glasses here. Keep old lenses if reusing frame. Don't be in a hurry- the glasses take weeks to come in especially after first try.

I have had excellent service the staff has been extremely helpful with my daughter replacing her glasses.

They have since moved and are improved.

Optometrist had latest equipment.  Complete eye check was a breeze.  No dilation drops any more.  Fast, accurate and pleasant. 

Lots of eyeglass selections.  Pricey, but lens quality was outstanding.  I chose the more expensive higher refraction lens with the lower weight.  They cost more unfortunately.  But I'm happy.

Friendly, helpful staff.

The office recommended that I use my insurance for frames vice contact lenses. I purchased my contacts out of pocket and paid for my exam as well.  When I returned a couple of months later they told me I would be using 2nd frame benefit. When I questioned this and asked what happened to my first pair benefit I was told it was used for my contacts.  I had to go through my insurance to have this corrected and was lied to multiple times while trying to correct this at the office.  The office staff seemed very pompous and I was not treated with respect. Instead I was treated very poorly.
