I asked for a quote and the next day went in. About 3 week later I called them and they told me my rate went up because due to my speeding ticket. Before the quote I had told them I may have a ticket but wasn't sure how long ago it was. I asked to talk to a manager (Cathy). I explained to her my situation and why I was upset and then she told me that whatever I was quote could change due to my driving record. I mention to her I get it, I understand why my rate went up then I asked her why wasn't I inform that rate may change due to my record then she replied "we are not obligated to tell you those thing. State Farm customer service are so horrible and they just lost a customer and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Amazing! Went in shopping for new insurance, staff was helpful and very friendly. Ended up really happy with their prices compared to AmFam (who I had been with for over 7 years).

Apparently the person that wrote a poor review must have visited another agent. I have had nothing but the most excellent interactions with this location. The personnel are incredibly friendly and helpful. They even went to bat for us with another insurance agency that wasn't fulfilling our claim, just because they saw how frustrated we were.

Best insurance I've ever had.  I've had all my insurance policies with Brett for several years and when looking up the phone number I saw the terrible review below and felt I had to set the record straight.  I would agree with 'Charles' and say they have been some of the kindest, most helpful business people I've ever worked with.

I have never been happier with an insurance company or agent. Every time I call, the ladies there are so great and visiting them in person is even better. They always go above and beyond to check out all my policies and make sure everything is in order - if something doesn't look quite right to them they'll check into it make sure I'm getting what I want.

When I had a claim about a year ago, I couldn't believe how quickly the damage to my car was fixed and the folks at Brett's office really cared about how I felt and what I wanted through the whole process.

I'll stay with these guys as long as I can - at least give them a chance to quote your insurance, I'm sure they'll save you money and you'll be blown away by how great they are.

They seem to be the nicest business people I have ever worked with. I have been a customer for 4 years and 2 accidents, 1 home purchase and 2 live insurance purchases and have never had a single complaint.
