After working with another Farmer’s agent in the area to get set up, the agent had a family emergency and was going to be out of the office around the time my insurance with State Farm was going to end. I contacted Jim and he worked with me around the clock, including emails over the weekend to answer all of my questions and concerns to get me quickly set up. He is very detail-oriented and provided a variety of quotes based on the multiple drivers and cars for our household. He explained how we could get the best price based on our household and kept me updated every step of the way, being flexible around my busy work schedule.

I was a State Farm customer for 22 yrs until I switched over to farmers because of Mr Jim Tucker. He was able to save me about $500 per year and provide me better coverage on my auto policies and home policy. Jim brought my paperwork to my work that same day and was very through and detail oriented going over my policy with me. He also helped me with setting up my new policies with my mortgage companies for my escrow which was a huge help. It was pretty much turn key for me. I appreciate the support and ease of everything. If you are looking to switch and save I recommend Jim and his team.

I had been with another agency for almost 11 years only to find out I could get better service, better rates, and better coverage with Jim Tucker and Farmers Ins.  He was referred to me and my wife and couldn't be happier with his follow up and thoroughness in explaining our coverage options.  I highly recommend you give Jim and his team a call!  David

Great experience !  Excited to have the Tucker's as my insurance agents !! Made the transition from old insurance company to Farmers ins painless ! I would recommend Jim and his team to anyone looking to add or get insurance.
