I put 1000.00 down on a trailer. Had it put in my paperwork contingent on the wife lied it. She was on vacation. When she got back it wasn't exactly what she wanted. I have called twice. They still have not refunded my money. Got my money back. Now just getting harassed by them wanting me to change my review. If they would have done this in a timely fashion. This wouldn't have been a problem.

Kevin Frazier with Bretz RV in Missoula MT recently assisted us with the purchase of an RV. Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and exceptionally easy to work with during this process. There was never any pressure, just clear and efficient  communication. As this was our first RV purchase, Kevin patiently and carefully described all the features and operations. Throughout the process, from Sales, to Purchase, to Outfitting the unit, Kevin was always there to answer any questions. He still maintains contact to see if we need anything. His service and caring is explemary, as is his enthusiasm for outdoor recreation.  Simply put, this is the finest buying experience I've encountered on a major item! I highly recommend Kevin Frazier and the staff at Bretz RV.

We called ahead to make sure they had a dump station and they not only confirmed they do but assured us there were no fees for using it. We were very pleased to see the dump station in an easily accessible location. They also have nice large parking areas.

I would strongly recommend going to Bretz in Missoula.  My husband and I had a great experience and absolutely love our new camper.  We worked with Micah and he was very helpful with getting us information and even continuing to answer questions after the sale (something that doesn't always happen after the sale). 
Thank you Bretz, we were very pleased with the customer service and the camper!
