I was very positive going in with regards to the reviews below.  Upon meeting Brian everything was fine and the meeting went well. However when I have in depth questions and concerns Brian attitude changed. As I'm communicating my concerns and hesitations, he tired to over talk me.  Constantly staying you want to be with State Farm we're this and we're that. I expressed that I didn't like nor appreciate his tone, attitude nor the content that was coming out his mouth. There are many reputable insurance companies out here.  However, that was not the point nor what I was calling about. I was seeking billing information that was promised to me yet not delivered. When it comes to my life plans and money, I should be able to ask as many questions I can without feeling like I'm wasting others times. I did end up cancelling my policy with him and have only received 1 of 2 payments I've paid. I've tried to contact Brian regarding this issues by phone, text and voice mail. Still no reply. This is very unacceptable. Therefore, no I do not recommended him to no family and friends of mines.

I had a very positive experience getting a quote and working with Brian. He was very informative and straight forward throughout the process.  I wouldn't hesitant to recommend Brian for anyone looking for insurance services.
