I had an awful experience with Diana. We wanted to cancel our policy as we went to another agency and she was not helpful and did not give us the correct information up front. In turn she charged us for months after we thought our policy was cancelled, It was very sketchy and shady how she handled this situation and i would never recommend her to anyone.

State Farm does a great job. Diana does not. She is terrible at returning calls (unless you want to buy more insurance, then you hear back immediately). Doesn't really provide any services at all, but claims to give you a "personal touch." My wife and I are in the process of switching to another State Farm agent and have already seen a major improvement in service.

I have known Diana for over 10 years. She and her staff are attentive and responsive to my needs. I am a 30 year State Farm customer with the whole kit-and-kaboodle of coverges from auto to life. It has been the care and responsiveness of Diana and her team that keeps me there...I have no desire to look elsewhere.

Diana has been our family's insurance agent for as long as I can remember. When I graduated from college, she was very helpful in getting my policies switched over from my parents to me, and was great at explaining all of my options. I'm also extremely glad that she recommended that I get renters insurance, especially after seeing one of my friends have all of their belongings (along with their car) stolen during their cross country move. When I told her about what had happened, she relieved my fears by explaining that if that had happened to me, my renters policy would cover it! I'm thrilled with her staff, as they're also always very helpful in answering my insurance questions. I plan to stay insured with Diana for as long as I can!
