The worst experience I've ever had with a law firm. Extremely overpriced. I am doing an uncontested divorce from January and it's now April and the paperwork hasn't been filed yet because of their nonchalant attitude at the firm. I have to constantly be calling them and basically reminding them about my case. They don't care about their clients. I paid my money for comfortability and I have been nothing but stressed, not from my ex husband, but from Mr Perskin and his team. It's a constant back and forth with them. I would not recommend even my worst enemy to this firm. If you're looking for reliability and a law firm that offers you peace of mind...look somewhere else.

If you are in need of a wonderful Family Law Attorney, Brian Perskin is your answer!

We retained Brian  to help us with our guardianship case. We were extremely happy with the level of service we received and continue to receive from his. He is very knowledgeable, and works in a meticulous fashion to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. His attention to detail is very reassuring. In addition, He is very friendly and professional, and is always available to answer questions no matter how big or small they may be.

Brian’s paralegal and his team is very amazing. There seems to be a real synergy in the office, and regardless of whom you speak to they all have a grasp of what is currently going on with your case.

I highly recommend Brian  for any of your family law needs you may have.

I always believed I would be married to the love of my life till parted by death.  When I found myself researching divorce attorneys I can honestly say I reached an all time low in my life.
Marie and I both agreed to find a family law attorney that mirrored our values, jived with our personalities, and whom we felt wouldn't create more drama and litigation.  After conducting thorough research on several divorce lawyers, I immediately discarded a couple of attorneys because of their aggressive stance on the issues of our case.  A couple of other attorneys felt impersonal and money hungry.  Ultimately, Brian's firm was the right choice for us.

They were well-balanced, firm in their approach. As I type my review, I feel like I'm narrating Goldilocks and the 3 bears, but I digress.

I can honestly tell you that everything you read about Brian and his team is accurate.  I appreciated his candor and resolve to get me the best outcome without creating unnecessary litigation.  Brian worked very well with my wife's attorney in reaching an agreement about our assets, alimony, child support, and a schedule for our girls.

Kind, patient, calm and smart.  You'll learn a lot from him.

I highly recommend Brian as he was able to understand the situation I was in during a very bad divorce from my child's mother.
He was able to get me primary custody as well as fight for child support.
Brian is very easy to talk to, approachable, and well versed in this type of litigation.
It was money well spent now and I have peace of mind.
