Not only the best employment lawyers, but some of the best people you will ever meet. The only thing I was upset about was having no excuse to see them again. AMAZING, caring, smart, kind people who fight for their clients with diligence. You won't find a better team. Brain Heller was my lawyer, but I got two for the price of one as Davida Perry was there every step of the way. They were always available for any question, comment, concern or inquiry. They were effective, diligent and compassionate. They made sure I was well taken care of and went about and beyond to ensure that justice was served.

I had a great experience with Schwartz, Perry & Heller. I came to them with a legal situation that had to do with my previous employer and they knew exactly what to do. Throughout the process they were very easy to talk to, were great listeners...and in the end made everything go away. Thank you to Brian and Davida for your hard work and making my life a little less stressful!

Couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Davida was so kind and understanding and I felt safe every step of the way. It can be intimidating taking legal proceedings but I felt in very good hands every step of the way.

I approached then Schwartz & Perry back in I believe March 2016. It was the second firm I visited. I didn't get a good vibe at all from the first. Brian Heller took my case. He set realistic expectations. I could see that he was genuinely interested in helping me, and believed that I had a case. It was, as most of these cases are, a long process. There was a lot of back and forth. Brian and the team at Schwartz Perry &a Heller had to put a lot of time into this. We were in constant contact for months. It was a stressful time, but I always got straight answers. On the end everything worked out wonderfully. I can't recommend enough.

Amazing team of Attorneys. From day 1 of the consultation to the very end I felt like the most important client to the firm. Brian Heller who I dealt with personally was amazing. Whether it was a call or email responses were very prompt and I was kept informed every step of the way. Even a few calls just to check in and say hello. Truly an incredible experience and I would recommend them to anyone seeking justice. If they take your case they will fight with you to the end. A+
