My family travels from Morehead Kentucky to this particular briarpatch. The bathroom is always closed. They always say that they just cleaned it but you can be there for an hour or two between waiting on family to meet or just talking an catching up. The bathroom Will be closed the entire time.  I have asked if they could run a fan on the floor to dry he floors faster. They said no. They should just put a sign outside that says NO BATHROOMS.  How is that for poor customer service an they looked at me like I was the crazy one. Where is the management there. Ask any of about ten of my family members if the bathroom is ever opened.

Horrible dirty and rita is really super rude and lets employees bully new ones they say serve customers before cleaning...ewww ... They hire dopeheads and fire hard workers

Do not buy anything here. They have a no return policy. I recently purchased an electronic item that doesnt work. In 3 days I tried to return with reciept and they wouldnt take it back. I talked to owner too. Its a scam!
