As a recent Graduate coming from Seattle I had no idea what it was like to find an Apartment in NYC! Luckily I met Mitch who walked me through the process and simplified things for me, and found a lovely Apartment. Would have given 10 Stars if I could!!

My girlfriend and I were looking for an apartment after subletting for several years and working as freelancers. That can be something that easily causes complications when getting approved.  We were very lucky to connect with our broker Mitch Barber and Brick and Galo. Never felt like I was getting taken advantage of and was genuinely thankful to have connected with them. I honestly have no idea how we would have pulled it off without Mitch and Brick and Galo. Very happy and will definitely suggest them to friends looking in the area.

NEVER BELIEVE ON AGENT...THEY PROMISED THAT THEY WILL WILL GET THE SINK  CHANGED BEFORE I AND MY WIFE MOVED INTO THE APARTMENT BUT ITS BEEN MORE THAN 3 MONTHS, AGENT IS IGNORING....WORSE REALITY...SO FRUSTRATING TO WORK ON SMALL SINK...
