Great pasta bar. The pizza is good too. If you're visiting on a holiday or Saturday be prepared to wait. Calling ahead is a good idea. This Brick Oven (the original) is much better than others in Utah which have opened up. The food is fresh because it doesn't sit around all day and the employees do a great job making you feel welcome while turning over tables as quickly as possible.

The best! We love this place and come for all of our celebrations. Their pizza is amazing, pastas are incredible and their root beer can not be beat. Great place for a date, family dinner or work lunch (I've done all of those). I highly recommend it.

Pizza was decent, homemade root beer was good, pasta was ok. It seemed like the customers that requested special tables got better treatment for some reason. We asked for the first available table so we wouldn’t have to wait as long BUT we had to wait longer than special requested tables by other parties! They sat two groups with the same number of people before us. (I know they didn’t have reservations because they admitted it was an accident) We were put in the row of booths and it was very crowded. The pizza servers kept skipping our table accidentally. We waited 20 minutes at one time to get pizza buffet delivered to our table. The servers were very polite and pleasant. He refilled our drinks often. If we go back we will request seating in areas that have tables not booths.

I would like this location to rate higher. I came here years ago, and loved it. then it seemed there was a long slow decline and I stopped coming. I recently went back and was surprised and pleased that it had improved a lot in the last few years. They are even in the process of remodeling, or at least working on the decor of the outside. I enjoy the food, salad bar, and pasta. I am pretty sure you are better off coming earlier in the day. It seems the pasta sauces and soups can get ignored as the day goes on, but it is still pretty good. There are really not a lot of Pizza places that I would rank very high for a sit down restaurant. They seem to be more of a take out, or buy it and bring it to a table. the downside, I don't think I have ever been there when it is not wall to wall people. Going to an all you can eat part of the local can be tricky with narrow hallways, and so many people carrying plates. Pros: Decor, food Cons:Overcrowded

The marinara sauce is terrible. It is super salty and extra spicy. I got sick eating it. Brick Oven is going to give me the value I paid for the lasagna that had marinara sauce all over it toward other food. I came back to use the $10 credit they gave me and was going to order food to go. When I walked into the restaurant I picked up their dine in menu to look at the food and prices. I walked over to the To-Go register to order and was given a To-Go piece of paper. I asked if the prices and items were the same and they said basically yes, but the larger meals were not on the To-Go menu. I ordered 5 orders of Bread Sticks the menu price was $3.49, but the cashier was ringing them up for $3.99 each. I pointed out to her that the menu price on both menus said $3.49, she had to call a supervisor in order to charge me the written price, she kept insisting on charging me the higher price. Then the supervisor came and he was Extremely Rude!!! He told me that I could only get the printed menu price if I was going to be a Dine-In customer. Then he accused me of grabbing a Dine In menu when I was not supposed to be allowed to have one, and that I could only look at their Dine In menu if the hostess gave me one. Well, there was no hostess at the front desk when I came in so I picked one up to look at it. Finally I had to tell him that the reason I was here was to use a credit for the bad food I got last night and that I did not want to have any trouble with him. Then he finally agreed to give me the menu price for the bread sticks, but he told the cashier in a very loud way that he would have to double check the records to find out if there really was a credit. He said it as though he was accusing me of being dishonest. I told him that I was not here to steal his Dine In menu nor was I hear to cheat him out of $10 especially since I had traveled all the way from the Lindon border to get here a considerable distance and it cost me a lot of gas money. Brick Oven is definitely a place to avoid, there are better choices. BEWARE, the supervisor told me that there were other menu prices that had been raised but not corrected on the menu. Again, the supervisor that was on duty on Thursday Dec 14 at 3pm was the most Rude person, I have ever met!! He was a young man probably in his 20s. This man needs to be fired, his treatment of me was abusive!!!
