Ordered pizza New Years Eve. They were the absolute worst pizza's I've EVER in my life gotten from anywhere & I'm not exaggerating. I called for a full refund & the kid argued with me, saying he was manager, he made the pizza himself by pizza hut specifications, wanted us to bring the pizza's all the way back in on new years eve night so he could look at them! (Not happening) Then said he'd remake them. I know pizza hut does this, but I didn't want anymore pizza's made by him. My son, who's in remission from leukemia, ended up with hives all over his face, neck, & back, his face was bright red. Scared the hec out of us. Thank goodness the benadryl worked! What was in that pizza? Nothing EVER happened like that eating pizza hut before! Of course I've never ate a pizza hut pizza that looked like that before. If you're manager, you should be fired! Because you DON'T know how to make a pizza & you made the ppl who ate the nasty pizza sick. No one dared eat anymore after that. Ruined our New Years. Thanks. Still haven't gotten my refund, every time I call this same kid is working. Won't tell me when the manager is working so I can complain & get my refund. I'm about to call corporate. Absolute WORST pizza hut EVER! I'd give them no stars if I could.

Honestly I wish there was a way to give no stars I called to place an order and was placed on hold with out being asked I then sat on hold till they were closed I am seriously not happy and will be contacting a manager in the morning and complaining

We've been waiting for 3 hours for our food not to mention whenever I call customer service I can't hear a word they are saying and then I got put on hold for 20 minutes possibly longer I ended up hanging up. I won't be ordering here again at least through delivery, worst decision ever.

It's Pizza Hut. 🍕. You've had better. There is worse. But on a Sunday, in Provo it's your best option.

Took an hour to get our order and when they brought it to our hotel room they didn’t bring plates or even silverware to eat our pasta with. When I called they said we should have requested them. I have ordered from pizza huts in numerous states and never had to ask for them when delivering to a hotel. Now I have 4 kids trying to eat pizza without plates and not able to eat our pasta.
