Terrible customer service! Purchased an item online at their FULL asking price then they REFUSED to send it unless I paid them an additional $680.00. This jewelry store is a total SCAM!! Don't purchase online items as they do not honor their prices, and try to extort more $$$ from you. Reports to BBB and PayPal on the way.

Brickell Jewelry provides excellent service and quality work. Customer service was terrific and very polite. It's located right in Mary Brickell with many other shops and restaurants nearby.
