I cannot say enough great things about this Jeweler.  I was sent their based on a reference of one I my colleagues.  About a year ago I purchased an engagement ring for the love of my life and the service and professionalism was outstanding!  Their selection and quality of diamonds coupled with the knowledge and courtesy of their staff makes this the diamond store to shop at in Miami.  I was also blown away with their assistance after the sale, including immediately mailing me out an appraisal when requested and following up with me to make sure my fiancée was happy with the ring.  The thank you card and also a holiday card and small gift over the holidays was a nice touch too.  This place really does the little things that matter which so many businesses have lost sight of over the years.  Not surprisingly, when I decided it was time to purchase diamond earrings for my soon-to-be wife, I did not even consider going anywhere else but Buchwald Jewelers.  The second experience was just as great, if not better than the first.  This place is a true class act and my go-to Jeweler for life.

I visited this shop to find something special for my fiancé’s birthday. They did a great job matching me with the items I wanted at a price I could afford. I am impressed by the quality of the jewelry in comparison to places I have previously shopped with. The staff is friendly, honest, and knows their products. I highly recommend this store.

In 2003 my husband bought an engagement ring for me with another sales person. This person is not there any longer but they referred us to Joe De la Torre when I wanted to make an upgrade. We are very happy they did because he took really good care of us. I got there with an idea of what I wanted but I ended up with something very different; I am very happy with my new ring! Looking forward to get an even bigger diamond in a couple of years!! Lol...
If you need to buy an engagement ring or any other type of jewelry, Joe is your guy, he is nice and he knows the business. I highly recommend him.

We had a very pleasant experience buying our wedding rings this past Saturday (April 14).  Our salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledge which made us feel very comfortable with the decision to purchase. We highly recommend Buchwald Jewelers.
