Brickman Group does an excellent lawn care job here at Broadmead in Cockeysville.  But the real reason I am writing is because of the following:  On February 14th, we were returning from an evening in Chantilly, VA, and left there at about 7:30pm in a blinding, windy, cold snow storm.  Rather than 1/5 hours to get home, it took about 3 hours, and early in that time we ran out of windshield wiper fluid which was hazardous and stressful.  We pulled into Wegman's Hunt Valley, hoping they were still open at about 10:30pm, got a gallon of fluid, and my elderly husband was trying to get the cap off the reservoir to pour the fluid in.  A man with a Brickman's jacket on came to the car and took over for my husband.  It was FREEZING and he had no gloves on but got us on our way quickly.  It was an extremely kind moment which we have recounted to others.  His jacket spoke of where he worked, but his kindness where he sensed real need will never be forgotten.  I hope you will post this information where your employees will see this and perhaps reach out to the man who helped us.  Thank you,  Suzanne Crowder, (Mrs. James R.)
