We called numerous times, nobody answered the phone. You can't leave a message because the voice mailbox is full. Nobody is at the physical address so you can't just visit the store.

Called a bunch of times, and no answer or call back after I had left voicemails. Then when a friend of mine and I stopped by the door was locked and we were well in store hour times. If you try to come here you're wasting your time.

This place is like the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. I searched all the top bridal stores for my dress but couldn't quite find what I had imagined my dress to be. The second I stepped into this store I saw my dress sitting on a mannequin, it was perfect just like the price. It was a quarter of the cost of all the other dresses I had looked at. The lady who served me was amazing & so helpful. It was a stress free, inexpensive experience that I would recommend to anyone.

Made an appointment 5 days before , the date of the appointment I showed up 20 minutes before, called her several times stay outside the building for 30 minutes after and she never picked up the phone. At least call me and cancel the appointment... I drove all the way from Miami Beach.
