i asked her where the supervisor was to get a refund. her answer: don't worry about where the supervisor is or how i run my business. 

If there were negative stars i would give this place double negative stars. The gowns are cheap overseas material at best. the people are HORRIBLE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. my mother liked a dress and so we bought it and paid extra for alteration, despite the quality because we needed a dress and it was perfect aesthetically for the event. 

3 weeks later, the dress is NOT done. The dress was suppose to be done at a certain day that we took off our jobs from a week after purchasing it, and it was NOT EVEN TOUCHED, THEY HADNT EVEN WORKED ON IT. NO CALL FOR NOTIFICATION, NO CALL A WEEK AFTER, NO CALL A WEEK AFTER. AND EACH WEEK, WE STILL WENT TO THE DARN PLACE BECAUSE THEY KEPT TELLING US TO RETURN. RUDE, STUPID, INCOMPETENT PEOPLE.

WHY WOULD YOU TAKE DOWN OUR INFORMATION AND PHONE NUMBERS TO NOT EVEN NOTIFY US WHEN PROBLEMS ARISE WITH THE DRESS? becauese these people are rude and do not know how to run a business.

No greeting as i entered the store and stood around for at least 5 minutes, I said hi and asked about a particular dress and asked if there was anything on sale, she said no, she then went back to her cell phone, I walked around the store for amoher ten minutes and asked for a store manager, she said she was it, i asked her about the shoddy customer service and she said that the service is what it is and  customers have to look for themselves and if myself and 4 other customers(all separate) didn't l;ike it we should leave and she doesn't need our business!!!!! I have never experienced such  behavior!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Regardless of prices, service has to be taken in to account!
