These ladies are amazing, they were super sweet and extreemely helpful and patient. I would highly recommend any one who needs a dress (or tux) to go there!! My dress was beautiful and so was my wedding. Thank you bridesmart.

Went to one Bridal Store in Odessa and the girl working there was on the phone and didn't help with dresses at all!!!! Then we went to Brides Smart and they were FANTASTIC!!! Help my future daughter in love pick and try on the dresses and I got to relax and look at the ones she chose!! I felt like I was on "Say Yes to the Dress" it was a Wonderful Experience and HIGHLY recommend this store and the ladies that work there!!!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR A BRIDE TO BE TO GET A DRESS JUST ADDS MORE STRESS THAN THERE NEEDS TO BE! Ordered and paid for my dress 6 months ago and it is a month before my wedding and my wedding dress is still not in. We cannot start alterations without a dress. And they DO NOT CALL their customers back and let them know what is going on OR KEEP THEM IN THE LOOP, regardless if you have called for weeks and left multiple messages. and when you go up there to see what is going on THEY ACT LIKE IT'S NO BIG DEAL! so friends, PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! IT'S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!
