Very friendly people, did an acceptable job matching my hair cut to the picture I showed them. Would go back. For what it's worth, I'm a white guy with longer than average hair, in case you were wondering if I could speak to their comfort with hair of other ethnic varieties. No idea, didn't see anyone other than another white dude getting a hair cut, and his was military short. I'm sure there are people there that could though.

Very disappointed in the fact I waited and waited and waited as person after person came in w/ "appointment" 
When I called in they said just come on in, after waiting 45 min with no one here before me I finally get my opportunity. 
Just sad the way this location is run. Will not be back, shame on me for expecting some kind respectful service. 
0 stars if given that option

My cut is cute and almost what I asked for, staff were friendly wait was short.   Problem is she cut way to much off the length, I asked for layers and face frame but no more than 1 to 1 &1/2 inches off the length,  I lost 5 or more inches just about sick I've been growing out my hair from a crew cut since 2012.

We recently moved to Odessa and needed to find a good stylist. My son and I decided to give Chris Munoz a shot and Neither one of us regret it! Our overall experience with Supercuts is an awesome experience and the employee's are very personable. However, Chris is phenomenal! My son and I are both very picky about our hair and he has exceeded our expectations. Chris gave my son the hair style he wanted just from a picture and he nailed it! He has given him a new self confidence that a 17 year old really needs. He also nailed the hair cut that I was hoping to get. I have a lot of damage to my hair from coloring and hormones in general, but since Chris started cutting my hair, it has started growing again. I am so thankful to find Chris at my  local Supercuts! If you need or want a great cut, don't go to those high priced salons. Try Supercuts! I am sure you will be amazed at the experience, the price, and the service!

Fast, friendly service. Allows you to call ahead and be placed on the waiting list. Good cuts
