My sister-in-law selected this boutique for the bridesmaids gowns.  I ignored the advice of the associate and ordered a dress size smaller than what she recommended.  Naturally, it was too small and no crash diet in the world would make this thing zip up in time.  Luckily (and unluckily) a member of the bridal party was unable to attend and the shop worked with me to obtain the absent member's dress which fit PERFECTLY.  I am extremely grateful to the owner and the women who work here for operating as human beings and not solely just for profit.  I would highly recommend this shop!

Dresses - The dresses are gorgeous, all silk and beautiful designs.  I would strongly recommend visiting if you have the budget.  You might be able to buy a sample for around $1000, but their other dresses are $2000+.

Customer Service - Not impressive, but I think it really depends on who your salesperson is...  I booked an appointment, showed up on time (actually a little early) and had to wait 15 min after my appointment time to get some attention.  After selecting a few dresses, my assigned staff members was ignoring me as I was trying on the gowns.  I watched a bride trying on gowns with another staff member who was being very helpful...extremely annoying.  The seamstress was helpful and seems very knowledgeable.
