Sugar Me Desserterie is a bakery and café located in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, that specializes in custom orders and catering. We offer walk in and carry out service, as well as a small café area for our guests who wish to stay and relax.

Cakes, Pastries, Cupcakes, Cookies, Brownies, Scones, Muffins, and featured Daily Dessert Specials.

Our locally roasted coffee is provided by Rising Star in Ohio City and we also feature specialty Teas.

Sugar Me Desserterie sells made from scratch Pastries baked from all natural ingredients. Our Cakes, Cookies and Confections combine real ingredients with classic charm and simple good taste. We hope you will be enchanted!

It's a very nice and quaint little shop. The woman who took care of us was very helpful. There wasn't a great deal of variety. But, they always have something new in addition to the staple delectables they normally carry.

Chagrin falls hidden gem! The cupcakes are the best I've ever had, I order all my birthday cakes from them. There's some real talent in that bakery.

While the bakery offers some delicious items, I recently had a bad experience with a custom order which is the reason behind my 1 star review. I placed an order a month ago for desserts for a few holiday gatherings we were attending. I paid for the order that day and left without any confirmation of the order that I requested, not knowing I should’ve insisted on having a copy of the order the bakery employee had written (shame on me). I picked up my order the 24th, after being told the bakery was closed the 26th. When I arrived, a sign at the door had open hours listed for the 26th, the day I actually needed the order. Ok, not a big deal, picked up my order and left. When I got home, we discovered the order was not correct and I was missing part of the order. I called and explained what we received was not what we ordered. Although the employee I spoke with apologized for the mistake, she felt the need to repeatedly tell me “we don’t make mistakes like this” and “I’m not sure where the miscommunication happened”, leaving me to feel like I was somehow at fault for their mistake? I did receive a refund. I was also told to return the order. So not only do we not have anything to bring to the holiday events, but I was further inconvenienced by having to make a special trip back to the bakery to return an order they will have to pitch. The whole debacle was extremely disappointing. I had planned to place orders for an upcoming birthday and graduation, but now I will not spend another dime at Sugar Me. If you choose to use this business after reading about my experience, please make sure to ask for a written copy of your order.

I got a bad cake for my birthday from another bakery and i wanted a "redemption" cake just for myself. I found this very cute bakery while exploring chagrin one day and I'm so glad I did! My custom cake was ready in a few days and it is the most delicous cake I've ever had. I asked for whipped cream frosting with lots of strawberries and Sugar Me Desserterie delivered. Beautiful cake and it taste amazing. I will be ordering desserts for all my special occasions here!

Best bakery since Hough, actually better than Hough! My go to place for treats and birthday cakes. Nice place to have tea / coffee too.
