The 5th floor nursing staff sucks. They don't respond fast to emergencies and with assisting each other with patient care. The CNA's need to be visible when they are not busy and three should be less socializing at the desk. The facility owner is a cheap bastard who needs to work on getting the. Facility up to par.

THIS IS THE WORST NURSING HOME I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. FROM ROACHES, TO BED BUGS TO RACIST NURSING STAFF. If I had to be placed in this facility I would make a rope out of bedsheets, tie it to the bed and jump out the window. At least it would be a quick death vs the slow torture I watched them bring to my loved one. All the black staff is racist to the white patients, and if you complain they call the police, who state they have had so many calls to this place they are uncountable. The 'nurses' God knows there is no access to a DR, PA, or even APRN. When we called for help to 911 because mom had trouble breathing, they met the first responders at the front door and said it was a 'prank call' then they hid the nurse call button in my mom room before disconnecting it!
