Worse facility I’ve ever been in. Staff members are rude and disrespectful. Ignore you when you have a question. Doctors don’t listen to you. All they are worried about is telling you no narcotics. Then when questioned they become defensive and call you a difficult patient. Would not recommend. Next time I’ll go to med now.Then when i went to the pharmacy to pick up my written prescription because the first e-script he sent was wrong the pharmacy said the doctor doesn’t even have a license to prescribe medication the pharmacy had to call the clinic to have a doctor who can write prescriptions re-send an e-script. Smh all this when your sick makes it that much worse.

This is my second and final negative experience here. I went in with serious cough, bad chest pain, body aches. I am a diabetic but my sugar was not checked, my blood preassure was not checked and after almost an hour of wait in an empty clinic, The Dr. (whose name I forget) checked me for literally less than 2 minutes and diagnosed me with a cold. Nothing too serious, but at the same time, a friend (who I spend a lot of time with her and her daughters) all got diagnosed with pneumonia not even 5 minutes later at St. Vincents walk-in. On their TV they said they mis-diagnose the flu easily so there was a quick lab with a nose swab, it was not offered to me or anything so I left. First time I had gone in and they found me to be dehydrated. The nurse putting the IV in fed me a live of air in my IV, feeling the bubbles of hair go into my arm and feeling them in my body sent me into a full panic. Be careful what you go there for.

Great staff and service very helpful and understanding doctors. I went in because my son had a really high fever and although i also was not feeling well either i did not register to see a dr because i had already been to my primary care and the ER twice that week for myself only to be told that my pain was from stress. The dr. came in the room and my son had the light off due to my horrible headache the dr. asked why was it off and i apologized but of course my son explained so he left the light off and used a lamp while examining my son he said he had a really bad ear and throat infection swabbed him for strep which he came back positive for then turned to me and asked some questions about my headaches and symptoms and before i knew it i was given a needle and 2 prescriptions for myself as well as prescriptions for my son. Needless to say my headache was almost gone by the time i left. I am forever grateful to this man i really thought i was losing my mind. Really wish he was my prima care physician.

It was excellent! The staff was kind, patient, efficient and so careful with their explanations of everything. Lynn Hunyadi was especially attentive with my pre-op care. Dr. Kumar explained every aspect of the anesthesiology and he and Dr.Richer made me and my family so confident about the procedure. Dr. Richer did an excellent job with the surgery. I highly recommend him. The surgical center is beautiful with large comfortable spaces. The entire experience from start to finish was positive, friendly and reassuring. I had complete confidence in everyone I interacted with.

It was fast and easy 5 stars to all the staff and doctor's they're excellent friendly and caring ppl and it's an in and out you don't have to wait hours like the emergency room
