What most people don't realize is the underwriting process, which takes time. To avoid surprises, if shopping for a quote,  shop about a month in advance.  You'll need your last 3 yr loss run reports, or your experience driver info. 
Not many underwriters can respond within 1 or 2 days for a new venture or only one year in business. If you have frequent losses the companies that would write the coverage become limited.

Customer service is very bad. I need coat for my policy. When I called they guy is busy . Front desk person say he will call you back. He never called me back. My policy is expired in two days . Yesterday he say I don't have coat for you sorry . I was called since April 28th for coat .
