The agent that helped me out when I first signed up was great his name is Scott. He was very helpful, nice, and not pushy at all. I called today about a month after signing a new policy to cancel and the women I spoke to was Lisa...she was very pushy. I told her I wanted to cancel and I explained why and she still was push about me keeping it for another car. I kindly told her no and explained again ...like really lady don't worry about me just cancel it please. She still didn't get the hint until I had to be rude about it and tell her the problems I was dealing with and didn't want to worry about my insurance. She then finally got the hint. Good company for the first month I had it, just make sure you ask for Scott.

Stuart Wasserman provided fantastic support and welcomed my business. He walked me through my needs quickly, and noticed that I knew what I wanted/needed and was glad to assist me in the no frills, no pain, easy sign way I preferred.

I am going to have to disagree with the previous review from Gina. I have been with Mills for years and I have recommended at least five friends. We are all happy with the prices and the service. I called about five different insurance brokers to get quotes on both vehicle and home owners insurance. Mills insurance quoted me the best rates hands down and the customer service was excellent (Brandi Jones). I had some issues with the billing and a Mills Insurance representative called me back and was very helpful in resolving the situation. I don't understand why Gina would try to contact the CEO of a company to try to resolve a problem with billing? There is an entire staff of qualified employees that are paid to help you. Upper management is not going to spend their valuable time to field a disgruntled customer call? In addition, Mills Insurance is just a broker so why don't you contact your insurance company directly to resolve the situation? For instance, I got quoted from Mills but my insurance company is Mercury. Mills has access to multiple insurance companies and they can find the best home for your deal. Mine just ended up with Mercury. When I have questions I just call Mercury directly. This eliminates the middle man, thus reducing misinformation from a third party. Some people just don't get it!

What a horrible company! Everything is peaches and cream when you contact them. You'll get a great rate and the agent will seem incredible. Be aware that once you've paid for your policy, the customer service stops cold and you will receive no help whatsoever if any errors occur or problems arise. The CEO, president, and vice president of operations absolutely will not return phone calls or e-mails. It makes you wonder when an agent can't be bothered about a business error, what will happen if you ever need to file a claim. A low rate doesn't mean anything when there's no service behind it. Wow, someone needs to tell Mills Insurance that this is the Great Recession, so they should value paying customers. It's not like Mills is the game in town. (Don't know the history of this business, but the CEO, president, etc... do not have the last name of Mills).
