Do not bring your car here if you want it back on time, and in the same condition before your incident. A few months ago I brought my 97 Camaro in after I slid into someone going about 30 mph. I had damage to the hood, front left fender, front bumper, and a few other cosmetic issues obviously. Anyways, I was told it would take 1-2 weeks for repairs. By the end of the second week I gave them a call and found out they had just started that day.. This car was my only means of transport, so of course I was upset and I was told by the end of the next week I would receive my car. Long story short it took exactly 5 weeks and 3 days to get my car. The hood paint chipped within the first week in one spot, my left blinkers still have not been fixed, NOTHING is aligned?! No exaggeration! My hood rubs up on both fenders and is lopsided.. Front bumper is hanging lower on one side which is very obvious. I was quoted with new emblems, but they used my old beat up ones still.. VERY unhappy with the work done to my car.. Good customer service at least! -_-

I have known Joe Briggs now for about 30 years, and unfortunately for me he's done about five or six jobs for me, and I would not take my car any where place to have it repaired.....  He's the  best in St. Louis!!!!!

I slide off the road on some black ice and wrecked the back end of my car pretty bad. I chose Briggs auto repair because it was recommended by my insurance company and the reviews on google said it was pretty good. Not so much with me, Briggs auto repair seemed pretty nice at first but when i got the car back it was completely unacceptable and unsafe to even drive. 

The wheels were tilted into the car created a V like shape from behind, one of the headlights were still busted/not working, the fog lights were still broke, the steering wheel directed the car straight when at the 3 oclock position, the trunk was still scuffed up, the body panels were misaligned which would eventually cause rubbing damage and the list goes on. He also didn't clean the car at all since he got it which left road salt on my chrome rims which caused excessive pitting.

After i pointed out all this all i got from that point on was rude, unprofessional and completely insulting behavior even when i was trying to be calm and concise about the whole thing. All i wanted was a fixed car and i wasn't going to leave there and not speak up about the terrible repairs. After all this my insurance company let me take it to another body shop which repaired everything to perfection, you couldn't even tell it had been in an accident.
